It's a tradition. Start the New Year and the new riding season off with a ride. Join us as we ride and celebrate on our 2nd Annual "Chilly Bun's" Ride! Departs Swannanoa Shop at 11:00 am and returns to Gene's Famous New Year's Day Feast of Blackeyed Peas & Collard Greens. Feast starts at noon until 2:00pm. Bring a desert! |

Bowl for Kids Sake "Bowl-a-Thon" to benefit Big Brothers and Big Sisters. Open to teams of 3 to 5 members at either Starlanes in Asheville or TarHeel Lanes in Hendersonville. Times at Starlanes are 9 until 11am, 11am until 1pm, or 1pm until 3pm. At TarHeel Lanes the times are 11am until 1pm or 1pm until 3pm. |

Chapter Ride - Biltmore House. The cost is $19.50 per person (far less than the regular rate) Obviously we would tour the house, the winery and maybe even the new barn. If there is enough interest we could have lunch while there. What we need to determine is how many chapter members are interested and how many of these folks already have season passes. If you are interested in participating in this event please e-mail John Weakly For the ride to go, we need at least 50 degrees and dry roads. |

Chapter Meeting - Buckeye Cove Community Center at 5:00 pm. Officers meeting one hour before Chapter meeting. LOH Sponsored 3rd Annual Chilli Cook-off. Directions to the meeting: From the Harley Shop you turn right onto US 70 and travel past Art Space Community School to the traffic light at the top of the hill. Turn left onto Buckeye Cove Road and travel 6/10 of a mile and veer right onto Wilson Cove Road. The Community Center is just 3/10 of a mile on the right after that. |

Event Categories
Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. chapter members. There are three categories of activities, all activities are identified as follows:
Closed events are those chapter events which are open to chapter members and one guest per member.
Member events are events that are open only to our Chapter H.O.G. members.
Open events are those chapter events which are open to chapter members, national H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.
If you are interested in becoming a H.O.G. chapter member, come to one of our monthly meetings. We'll be glad to answer your questions. You may also check at the Gene Lummus Harley-Davidson dealership for more information.
